General Policy
All purchases made through Breakthrough Movement Inc. are subject to this policy. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Coaching Services
- Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.
- Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice before their session time.
- Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Coaching results vary based on individual commitment and participation.
Journals, Books, and Digital Products
- All digital downloads (journals, planners, eBooks, etc.) are final sale due to the nature of instant access.
- Physical products such as printed books or journals may be eligible for exchange or replacement if defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
Residential Housing Services
- Applications and move-in fee for residential housing are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your housing agreement.
- Participants must adhere to all guidelines outlined in their specific housing contract.
- Payment schedules, deposits, and fees will be clearly outlined prior to acceptance.
Webinars, Workshops, and Courses
- Registration and event fees are non-refundable. However, Breakthrough Movement Inc. may, under specific circumstances and subject to approval, allow a portion of the event fees to be credited toward a future event of equal value when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Your registration fee confirms your place and commitment to the event experience.
- In the event that Breakthrough Movement Inc. must reschedule or cancel an event, participants may transfer their credit to a future program of equal value within 90 days. If the future program’s price is higher, participants are responsible for paying the difference.
- Access links and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed. All content remains the property of Breakthrough Movement Inc. and is protected by copyright. Materials cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission and are subject to our licensing agreement.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through our approved payment platforms.
- Payment must be received in full before access to any service, product, or event is granted.
- Payment plans may be available for select programs.
